Keira Knightley At The Venice Film Festival 2011

So I have had a few busy days in Venice with the stunning Miss Keira Knightley. She was there to promote her new film A Dangerous Method also staring Michael Fassbender and Viggo Mortensen. Who are both amazing in this wonderful film.
I did two looks on Miss Knightley the first was for the press call in the day.This look was super simple and sleek. I just wanted to show off the line of her bob and for it to be chic but graphic. I first blew her hair out with Orbie foundation mist then ran the irons over the hair to make is super straight and give it a nice shine. To finish i used a little hair spray to get rid of any fly aways. I felt this look was super chic and very classic!!!!!!

The second look i did was for the premier of the film that evening. Keira was waring a Valentino gown in gold lace so i wanted to do something up and evening but still keep it modern. So my inspiration was old paintings I did a center part and pulled the two sides back in too two low ponytails on the hair line at the nape of the neck. I then pinned the pony's together in the middle and used this as the base to then tuck the hair in the back underneath. I then went through and pulled some soft wisp's of hair out to frame the face and soften the edges. To finish off the look I used a pair of Chanel diamond earring's placed in the back on the right hand side. I love this look i think its old skool with a modern twist!!!!!

Karmen Pedaru, Joan Smalls & Ming Xi by Emma Summerton for Vogue Italia

So im so excited to show you my new Italian Vogue!!!!! Shot by the amazing Emma Summerton and styled by the fantastic Edward Enninful (This was Edwards last IV story before he went to W) and make up by Mathias Van Hooff. The idea of the story was a little Helmut Newton very strong looking women. The hair I did a low side part and used Bumble & Bumble Gellac which gives a super shine and firece hold!!!!!!!

I think the girls look Major i hope you agree?????

SO im very excited to show you my latest i-D cover for pre fall with the beautiful Natasha Poly. It was shot by Willy Vanderperre and styled by Olivier Rizzo. We shot in London not to long after Natasha had gotten married and she showed us her wedding pics in which she looked stunning and so happy. I cant wait to post the inside pics watch this space.....

Press day with Rachel Weisz!!!!!

So today I had the pleasure of working with the beautiful Rachel Weisz. She was promoting her new film The Whistleblower which by the way is a fantastic film in which Rachel is amazing. We had a full day of it so to start with I just kept her hair in very sexy natural waves.

Then for the premier of the film we went old Hollywood but still keeping it modern and fresh. I did a low side part and brushed her hair out into beautiful waves and tucked one side behind her ear.

Two very different looks but both simple and chic I feel.......

The Devils Double

So last night I attended the New York premier of the spectacular The Devils Double with my good friend and the star of the film Dominic Copper. After giving him a new quiff tasktic haircut at his hotel we then went to do the red carpet where he looked dashingly handsome and nothing like the character i was about to see on screen!!!

The film is about Saddam Hussein's son Uday who to say was crazy would be an understatement. Dominic also plays Uday's double Latif who is a poor soldier who looks just like Uday and is forced into his new roll as his double reluctantly. As the story unfolds we are taken on a roller coaster ride of sex violence and just plan insanity........
All I can say is Dominic performance is flawless in both parts he plays and sometime even had me forgetting he was playing both men!!!!! Its a far cry form Mama Mia folks ha ha.

So please please please go out and support this film its a total must see tell your family friends tweet blog facebook and above all go see it........
