Press day with Rachel Weisz!!!!!

So today I had the pleasure of working with the beautiful Rachel Weisz. She was promoting her new film The Whistleblower which by the way is a fantastic film in which Rachel is amazing. We had a full day of it so to start with I just kept her hair in very sexy natural waves.

Then for the premier of the film we went old Hollywood but still keeping it modern and fresh. I did a low side part and brushed her hair out into beautiful waves and tucked one side behind her ear.

Two very different looks but both simple and chic I feel.......

The Devils Double

So last night I attended the New York premier of the spectacular The Devils Double with my good friend and the star of the film Dominic Copper. After giving him a new quiff tasktic haircut at his hotel we then went to do the red carpet where he looked dashingly handsome and nothing like the character i was about to see on screen!!!

The film is about Saddam Hussein's son Uday who to say was crazy would be an understatement. Dominic also plays Uday's double Latif who is a poor soldier who looks just like Uday and is forced into his new roll as his double reluctantly. As the story unfolds we are taken on a roller coaster ride of sex violence and just plan insanity........
All I can say is Dominic performance is flawless in both parts he plays and sometime even had me forgetting he was playing both men!!!!! Its a far cry form Mama Mia folks ha ha.

So please please please go out and support this film its a total must see tell your family friends tweet blog facebook and above all go see it........

The Normal Heart

So I went to see a play called the Normal Heart last week. I have to say it was one of the most AMAZING pieces of theatre I have ever seen. It was flawlessly acted by every member of the cast. But the two stand out for me were Ellen Barkin and John Benjamin Hickey both were so on point and reduced the audience to tears by the end of the final act...... The play also has just won three Tonys so a big congrats to them on that.
The play deals with the discovery of the first cases of HIV in New York City. And the fight that a small group of people had go through to get the government to hi light and take this deadly epidemic seriously. So on June 18th in Milan my good friend Mr Neil Barrett showed his new men's collection. As always the tailoring was sharp and the leathers like butter that any boy will kill for to own one!!!!!! So as I'm sure you can imagine ill be putting in my order ASAP.......

BALLY PRE S/S 2012

Today I had the pleasure of creating the look for the Bally pre Spring Summer 2012 collection. The boys Michael and Graham did a fantastic as always. And the amazing Edward Enninful was there to style it into perfection!!!!!! The look was super CHIC and very strict she was a lady in control but still very sexy. Think Robert Palmer slick hair with a major shine. I pulled the hair back into a super tight pony with gel in the hairline to make sure it was really clean. Then I braided the pony and pinned it into a bun. To finish I used baby oil gel over the top of the hair to give a glass like finish....... Below is the finished look.

Karolina Kurkova at the CFDA Awards

So on monday i had the pleasure of getting the beautiful Karolina Kurkova ready for the CFDA Awards where she was presenting. She was waring a fab green hooded jump suit by Diane Von Furstenberg. So i kept the hair super simple i did a low side part back into a braided bun. I used shine spray to give it a high gloss finish. I think she looked super chic and very modern!!!!!!!
